I’ll also carry out regular checks, keep backups and manage the technical updates we’ve agreed.

What I look after.
- Regular checks. Checking that pages load, forms work and links lead where they should.
- Technical updates. Keeping the software your site uses up to date, including WordPress themes and plugins where relevant.
- Backups. Keeping copies of your site and its content to support recovery if something goes wrong.
- Time for changes. An agreed amount each month for photos, prices, opening hours and other updates.
- Optional hosting. I can host your site and manage its SSL certificate, or work with your existing hosting.
- Direct contact. Email your requests straight to me.

Your monthly price depends on the site, the time you need for changes and whether you’d like hosting included. We’ll agree the work covered and the price in writing before your plan starts.

How quickly will you make changes?
I’ll reply within two working days and confirm when the work will be ready. If you have a deadline, let me know when you send the request.
Does unused time roll over?
Your plan includes an agreed amount of time each month. Unused time doesn’t roll over. If a request needs additional time, I’ll agree the cost with you before starting.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
I’ll consider it. Send me the link and tell me what you’d like help with. I’ll check what it’s built on and whether I can look after it before I offer a plan. If it needs a proper look first, a website review is the place to start.
Can I get help without a monthly plan?
Yes. You can book help when you need it, and I’ll confirm the cost before I start.
Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes. You can keep your current hosting and pay your provider directly, or I can host your site as part of your plan.
Can you manage my domain renewals?
We can agree that individually. Domain renewal charges are separate from your plan, and the domain always stays in your name.
How do I cancel?
Your plan runs month to month. Email me at least 30 days before you’d like it to end.
