Jaeger’s Joinery

Brand identity · Website design · Development

My brother’s business, and my first commission. Worth saying plainly rather than leaving you to work the surname out. It is also why the brief was harder than a stranger’s: the person who has to live with the result sits opposite me at Christmas.

The problem

Exceptional craftsmanship, but no online presence that reflected the quality of the work. Enquiries arrived with inconsistent information, creating unnecessary back-and-forth before a project could be understood.

What I did

A complete visual identity and a bespoke, image-led website built around the character of the business, with a guided enquiry that gathers the useful details upfront while still feeling personal.

The result

A professional presence that matches the quality of the joinery, and a clearer route from discovering the business to making an informed enquiry.

Yours could be the next one.
